In Brief

The Humanitarian Africa Relief Development Organization (HARD) is a registered national, non-profit, nonpolitical, and non-religious humanitarian organization dedicated to transforming lives across Somalia.

Our work focuses on addressing the urgent needs of vulnerable and marginalized groups while laying the foundation for resilience and recovery. We deliver interventions in food security, education, health care, clean water and sanitation.

OUR MISSION

01. Humanitarian Relief
Provide timely, life-saving assistance to vulnerable communities, particularly women, children, and displaced persons affected by conflict, disasters, and poverty.

OUR VISION

To see vulnerable and conflict-affected communities in Somalia and the Horn of Africa living in dignity, peace, and prosperity, with equitable access to health, education, livelihoods, and other essential services. HARD envisions a future where communities are resilient, self-reliant, and inclusive, guided by principles of peace, social justice, and sustainable development.
